Order Processing

Your order will be processed and shipped on the same business day it was received if placed by 3pm EASTERN TIME. Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped on the next business day.

For security reasons, we ship to billing addresses only. We will make one exception - we will ship to the cardholder's place of work. If the shipping address is not an obvious commercial address (and the shipment sent to the attention of the cardholder), or if we have any questions about a shipping address other than the billing address, for your security and ours we may conduct additional inquiries before releasing your order for shipment. In ALL cases, the billing address MUST match the address your credit card company has on file.

Under no circumstances will we accept third party orders, i.e. Person A orders, Person B receives at a non-billing address. Such orders will be cancelled and voided.

Please call us with any questions about these policies. We take fraud very seriously, for our mutual protection.

Shipping

All orders ship from Toronto, Canada. Because shipments within Canada are of a domestic origin, there will be no Customs charges, duty, or brokerage applied to your purchase. What you pay at checkout is your final cost.

At checkout, UPS Ground and Canada Post Expedited services are available.
All shipments are, without exception, sent with Signature Requirement.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground for fast, reliable, and cost effective delivery of your product. We offer Canada Post as an option in case no one is home to accept the package. Rather than a courier taking it back and attempting delivery again the next day, Canada Post will leave it for pickup at your local post office - this is a much more effective way to get your order sooner if you're not home during the day! Air shipments are sent by UPS Next Business Day service and are calculated based on shipment weight.

Please note - though "Next Business Day" service is as it sounds for most locations in Canada, remote locations may take 2 days or more for delivery. For these locations, we refer to "Next Business Day" instead as "As Fast As Humanly Possible". And though we really try not to, remote locations may be subject to additional shipping charges if they are significantly greater than the price paid at checkout.

When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). You may then track your shipment on your respective carrier's website.

In case you're not sure how we shipped your package, Canada Post tracking numbers begin with "7174", UPS begin with "1Z" and Purolator PIN numbers begin with "3".

Returns

We offer a THIRTY (30) day no hassle return policy without any restocking charges on Oppo Digital Products. Because the Oppo products are not widely available, we want to ensure that the element of financial risk is removed when you consider giving an Oppo product a try in your system. If you are unhappy with the unit in any way, simply return it for a 100% refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charge, and you are responsible for return shipping charges. A return cancels promotional discounts, including flat rate shipping or free shipping offers; the actual shipping cost paid by us will be deducted from the refund. We guarantee your complete and total satisfaction.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

For all other products on this website, all sales are final. This includes the Spears/Munsil Video Calibration BluRay disc, which is not returnable/refundable for any reason.

Please note, we will pay the all associated shipping costs if there was an error with your order on our part (you received an incorrect item, etc.). In all other cases, return shipping cost is payable by the sender. Refused items will have return shipping costs deducted from your refund.

Orders cancelled before shipment will incur a $20 administrative charge.

Currency

All our product prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Privacy is our utmost priority. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. The term "outside parties" does not include Solutions A/V Ltd. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

We post our contact information prominently at the bottom of every page on our website. If you need to reach us, we are available by phone during our regular business hours. Since customer service is the utmost priority for us, emails get answered as quickly as humanly possible, even outside business hours, and this is generally the quickest way to reach us.
